On March 2, 2026, the United States Supreme Court issued a watershed ruling in Mirabelli v. Bonta, a case that set the binding, nationwide precedent that schools cannot secretly socially transition a gender-confused minor. The majority per curiam opinion is less than 1,800 words. Since September 2022, I have spent just over 1,800 hours working on the case alongside lead counsel Paul Jonna.
