Satanic and Trans Christmas Trees Allowed in Festival — By: Church Militant

ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (ChurchMilitant.com) – The National Railroad Museum’s Christmas tree festival features trees promoting satanism and trans ideology.

The Festival of Trees opened earlier this month, and of the 66 decorated trees on display, one was submitted by the Satanic Temple of Wisconsin and another by the Bay Area Council of Gender Diversity.

National Railroad Museum CEO Jacqueline Frank said, “We’re not discriminating against anyone. And as long as they’re not promoting violence or anything along those lines, we absolutely support having them, as well as any religion or secular organization that wants to decorate a tree.”

“If we want to be an inclusive organization, we want to make sure that everybody feels comfortable. Who am I to suddenly say … this thing that is your belief system and outside the mainstream is bad?” Frank continued. “I think there’s a lot to be said of being able to include everybody, to respect everyone and to provide dignity for everybody.”

The Satantic Temple’s tree featured red lights and various ornaments, including pentagrams, “666,” “Hail All” in gay pride coloring, and “Hail Santa.” Next to the tree was a Baphomet image dressed as Santa Claus.

The Bay Area Council of Gender Diversity’s tree featured phrases like “Protect trans kids,” “I’m still learning to love the bits of me that I was told were ugly,” “Don’t become a prisoner to things you cannot change” and “I love my trans daughter.”

I thought that northeast Wisconsin was at least immune to something you would see in New York or California.

Wisconsin Right Now published an article about the Satanic Temple’s display, commenting, “Even if someone doesn’t believe in the devil or spiritual things, everyone knows Satan represents evil — no matter how much someone might try to twist things.”

Congressman Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., called the allowance of the group “absolutely crazy” and lamented, “I thought that northeast Wisconsin was at least immune to something you would see in New York or California.”

The National Railroad Museum has hosted the Festival of Trees since 2007. It’s reportedly one of the main fundraisers for the privately funded 501(c)(3) educational organization. According to Frank, only 6 of the 66 trees were sponsored by Christian groups, with the others coming from businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Even after the backlash from those upset by the inclusion of the Satanic Temple, when asked if she would receive the organization back next year, Frank reportedly replied, “Absolutely.” The inclusion of satanic and pro-trans groups in the festival comes amid the scandal of numerous big-name companies promoting anti-Christian ideologies during the holiday season.
